This has enabled us to have such a low turnover that some of our clients have had the same housekeeper for over ten years. Our average housekeeper has worked through our referral agency for five years. For you that means the luxury of knowing your housekeeper and not having to go through time consuming orientations every few weeks. We contract with only experienced housekeepers with impeccable references. Our housekeepers are professional domestics. All have their own businesses and many of their own clients. As professionals, they use Cinderella's Agency for scheduling services and advertising. The housekeepers and housekeeping teams we contract with are not employees of Cinderella's Housekeeping Agency. Depending on your arrangements with the housekeeper(s) you may have employer responsibilities. We have taken care to see that the housekeepers we refer are licensed and experienced so that unless you direct and control the manner in which they work you should not assume any employer responsibilities.
