Cinderella's Agency's housekeepers do all general household maintenance such as vacuuming, dusting, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms. They will also do laundry, change bed linens, clean refrigerators and ovens, wash reachable windows and most household chores. These services are covered by general housekeeping service. If you are compatible with the housekeeper we refer, that person can become your regular housekeeper. If you schedule service at least every other week, you can be placed on that housekeeper's master schedule for a regular standing appointment. If you want regular service, please call the office as soon as possible to confirm your schedule. If you want to try different housekeepers for any reason, we can arrange that as well. Please let us know at least 48 hours prior if you need to cancel or we must charge for the housecleaning visit. Please call our office to check on our available housekeepers’ rates. Many of our housekeeping businesses also do heavy and spring cleaning. This includes stripping floors, washing walls and ceilings, cleaning out closets and cupboards, and special chores like cleaning out cellars and basements. These visits need to be booked separately and are charged at heavy cleaning service rates. These rates are available to regular clients and are set by the housekeepers. Since there is a multitude of different tasks that could be performed in any one visit, we strongly urge our clients to make a priority list for their housekeeper. Please keep in mind the effort needed to accomplish your priorities and order the list with the most important tasks at the top and least important at the bottom. If you don't have time to make a list, our housekeepers will do a general cleaning starting with the kitchen and bathrooms then doing dusting and vacuuming and other tasks to complete the job.
